2. What data we process
Only the data you voluntarily give us when you contact us:
- Contact form: full name, phone, email, the service you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone or email: the details and content of the messages or calls you send us.
- Browsing: the website does not use analytics tools. It only stores your cookie choice in your browser (see our Cookie policy).
We do not collect data from children under 14. If you give us third-party data, you confirm you have informed them and have their permission.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your request (information, free study or audit) and contacting you by the means you indicate. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox or by writing to us.
- Preparing and managing the proposal you request, if you decide to go ahead. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@innovihome.com, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.
4. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no relationship is formalised, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. If an engagement is formalised, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and then, duly blocked, for the legally required periods (for example tax and anti-money-laundering obligations).
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The following providers are involved in delivering the service, processing data on our behalf or as part of their own services:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): receives the form data and forwards it to us by email. It acts as a data processor and its servers are located outside the European Union (see section 6).
- IONOS: web hosting and, where applicable, email provider, with servers in the European Union.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group): if you message us on WhatsApp, the platform processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): the map in the contact section only loads if you request it or accept third-party cookies. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its privacy policy.
6. International transfers
Sending the form through FormSubmit involves an international data transfer to countries that may not offer a level of protection equivalent to the European one. This transfer is based on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form after being informed. If you prefer to avoid it, you can contact us directly by phone or email.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions, at any time by writing to info@innovihome.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
